NE-Times reports that Tesla Shanghai Gigafactory produced 2625 Model 3s in January, 2020. This had Tesla as the fifth largest electric car maker in January in China. There was a shutdown of the factory for coronavirus. Tesla is producing about 1000 cars per week.
GF3 produced 2,625 MIC Model 3s in January before the shutdown for Lunar New Year
This confirms the approximate rate of 1,000 per week on a single shift

With 7 weeks remaining in the quarter, if we allow 800 per week to allow for possible sluggish responses in the supply chain we may see another 5,600 units for the balance of Q1
Carrying forward ~1,000 units from Q4 would give a total of about 9,200 units of finished vehicles
